AnnaBanana
I struggle with everything I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Not that good at socialising. I am very stupid. I get easily distracted and confused. Can’t think clearly. I always lie about unnecessary things. I really struggle concentrating. (Sorry it’s getting kinda late and I’m tired, that’s why I’m writing in this weird way) sweet dreams! MultiQuote
Monsoon
Hey Anna I'm sorry to hear about the way you're feeling at the moment. I think that you're struggling with your confidence right now which must be hard for you. Just because you're struggling at the moment doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you. Everyone experiences low self-esteem at some point and it's completely normal. I'm sure that you have many things that you're good at, but it seems to be that you're focusing on the other stuff. It's normal to do that sometimes, especially when you're going through a tough time. As I said, everyone has strengths and I think now might be a good time to focus on what you're good at. It isn't serving you to focus on what you think you're bad at. Out of curiosity, can you tell me 5 things that you're good at? Just acknowledging these strengths alone can help us to start feeling better about ourselves. If I asked someone that knows you well to describe you in a good way, what would they say? Also, in one of your earlier posts, I did pick up on how you're feeling about yourself at the moment. I gave you some advice there about your confidence/self-esteem which you might find useful. Why don't you take a look and let me know what you think? https://community.ditchthelabel.org/...mily/31552-mom You're doing all the right things to help yourself, so keep going. It takes courage to get help and you’re doing really well. I hope to hear back from you soon. -Monsoon MultiQuote
