I can't cry at this point (who knows why) and am known for being happy and cheery all the time, so I can hardly start screaming at my family... Could you try doing this every time you are feeling angry? You could write it down in this the thread?? Here are some other techniques on what you can do when you are feeling angry? https://www.ditchthelabel.org/what-to-do-when-youre-angry/. Does anything make you angry in particular? Has it stemmed from something. What you should remember is that although the emotion is anger that is something you cannot control - the behaviour that you do because of the anger is your choice - does that make sense?
