    I was reading about the health benefits that intermittent fasting has on the brain 🧠 so do you think the opposite is also true??

        Intermittent fasting should be as a necessity. That is, it should not be violence against oneself, otherwise it will be harmful. If you feel comfortable when you feel a little hungry, try it. If hunger for you is a condition that affects your psychological well-being, then you shouldn't experiment.
