I discovered Ditch The Label from The Mix which is another support website but it is particularly aimed at young people. I am passionate about mental health and being against the stigma of speaking up for support because it is really important that you speak to someone and get support if you are struggling. I chose my username by thinking of a positive quality about myself, something that I am passionate about and one of my favourite emojis which is a butterfly.
